All products on this website are custom-made (once production has begun, returns are not accepted unless there are special circumstances).

The product has not been used, unopened, or remains in its original packaging (some special products, such as underwear or food, may not support returns without reason).

2. Return/Refund Timeline
7-day no-reason return: You may apply for a no-reason return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. (Customized special items are not eligible for refunds).

15-day quality issue return/exchange: If the product has quality issues, please contact us within 15 days of receipt for resolution.

Beyond 15 days: Returns/exchanges are generally not accepted, but in special circumstances (such as severe quality issues), please contact customer service to negotiate a solution.

3. Refund Process
Submit Application: Log in to your account and contact customer service for processing.

Review and Confirmation: We will review your request within 1-3 business days and notify you of the outcome.

Return the Item: After approval, please return the item to the address provided by customer service (the item must be in good condition).

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in good condition, we will process the refund within 3-7 business days (refunded via the original payment method).

4. Important Notes
Return shipping costs are borne by the responsible party (we cover costs for quality issues, while buyers cover costs for returns without cause).

The refund amount will be returned based on the actual payment amount (excluding non-refundable portions such as coupons and shipping fees).

If the product is damaged due to human error or improper use, a return or exchange may not be possible.
